How It Works

We make it easy with our no-limits referral program!

Send a Friend

Have your friend mention you when they rent a storage unit online or in person. You don’t have to be a current tenant to participate. Anyone in our community can refer a friend. You can even come with them in person to get your reward faster!

Choose Your Reward Type

Current tenants can choose between $25 rental credit or a $25 gift card to Texas Roadhouse. If you’re not a current tenant, you’ll get the $25 gift card!

Enjoy Unlimited Referral Rewards

Your award goes out the day your friend starts renting. We’ll reach out to you if you’re not here in person. If we’re applying credit, it’ll be applied immediately, no action needed. If you want the gift card, we’ll let you know the next steps on how to get it. Want to get rewarded again? You can refer as many times as you want!
